| The Person Health Registry System is essentially the health card database consisting of personal information collected from the health card application forms and updated as and when changes are reported. It contains changes to coverage status. It contains the health service number, birth date (month and year), sex, residence address with 3 digit postal code, and residency status (SK resident, deceased, or left province). Address changes are only updated when reported by individuals, during the health card renewal validation, through address updates directly with health registration, through the express address services and other individual-driven updates. The data covers all Saskatchewan residents covered by the provincial health plan. |
